General Counselling
I offer a supportive space to explore relationship difficulties, life transitions, stress and patterns that may be impacting your wellbeing. I work collaboratively to help you pause, notice and remember what feels most true for you, strengthening self-understanding, emotional awareness and connection in your relationships with yourself and others.
Trauma Support
I provide trauma-informed counselling for people impacted by domestic, family and sexual violence, including childhood sexual abuse. This work is grounded in safety, trust and choice, and proceeds at a pace led by you. Therapy focuses on supporting nervous system regulation, restoring a sense of agency and gently reconnecting with parts of self that may have been impacted by experiences of harm or control.
Mental Health Concerns
I support people experiencing a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, low mood, depression, emotional overwhelm and the effects of chronic stress. My approach is person-centred and strengths based, integrating emotional, somatic and reflective practices to support steadier regulation, self-trust and a deeper connection to your inner resources and sense of meaning.
Hi, I'm Erin
I'm a trauma‑informed counsellor working from a relational and feminist perspective. My integrative practice draws on somatic (body-based) approaches, emotion‑focused therapy, parts work, mindfulness and spiritual practices. I support clients to gently pause, notice and remember their inherent sense of self while reconnecting with an inner sense of safety, agency and meaning. My work is informed by an awareness of social context, power and inequality. I have a particular interest in supporting those with experiences of domestic, family and sexual violence (DFSV), child sexual abuse (CSA), chronic stress, relationship difficulties and mental health concerns.
I hold a Bachelor of Applied Social Science (Counselling) and am a registered member of the Australian Counselling Association (ACA Level 2).
